The Institute conducts B.Ed. two year full time Course. The Institute is permanently affiliated to Savitribai Phule Pune University, recognized by Government of Maharashtra and NCTE (Delhi).

Special Note Candidates who are born in Maharashtra or domiciled in Maharashtra and have Graduated from the University within the State of Maharashtra will only be considered as Maharashtra State Candidate

OR

The Candidate should have passed Bachelor’s Degree recognized as an equivalent

degree by the Government of Maharashtra, to the Bachelor’s Degree and / or Master’s Degree in subjects mentioned in (i) and (ii) above.

OR

The candidate should have passed any Bachelor’s Degree given by Open University Incorporated by an act of the Central or State Legislature.

OR

The candidate should be appeared for the Final Year Examination of any Bachelor’s

Degree awarded by any of the universities incorporated by an Act of the Central or State Legislature or declared to be Deemed University under section 3 of the UGC Act, 1956.

3.1.3 Educational Qualification for Outside Maharashtra State Candidates (All India Candidature and J&K Migrant Candidates:-

The Candidate should be an Indian National and should have passed any Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate degree awarded by any of the Universities in corporated by an Act of the Central or State Legislature or declared to be Deemed University under section 3 of the UGC Act,1956 of Minimum 3 years duration of Any Discipline recognized by the Association of the Indian Universities, or possess an equivalent Qualification recognized by the Ministry of HRD, Government of India/NCTE with Minimum 55% Marks for all Categories all Subjects and all Faculties.

Special Note:-Candidates who are not born in Maharashtra or domiciled in Maharashtra and have Graduated from the University within the State of Maharashtra will e considered as OMS/ All India Candidate.

3.1.4 Provision for Appearing/Appeared Candidates:

Further provided that, the Candidates who are Appearing/ have Appeared for the Qualifying Examination(Under Graduate/Post Graduate) of the Academic Year 2024-2025 are also eligible to apply for MAH-B.Ed. CET- 2024, for On Line Registration and Confirmation of application form for MAH- B.Ed. Course CET 2024. Such candidates will be eligible for Admission only if they produce the provisional/Degree Certificate of the Qualifying Examination and Mark Lists of all parts of the Qualifying Examination at the time of Admission. The responsibility obtaining the result from the concerned University before the Admission Round is the responsibility of the Candidate. CET CELL should not held responsible for delay in declaration of Result.

3.1.5 English Language Content Test:(ELCT)

Candidates desirous of seeking admission in the English Medium Colleges will have to in variably appear for English Language Content Test (ELCT) along with MAH.-B.Ed. CET 2024 and give specific option for ELCT while filling in the on line Application form of CET. No request for this after the CET Application form has been submitted on Line will be entertained by the CET CELL.

Important Notes:

Aggregate* Marks mean the  Grand  Total  of  Marks  obtained  by the  candidate  at  the Degree/P G Degree   on which the Class/Grade Certificate/Degree is awarded by the University.

In case the candidates are awarded Grade/s,/CGPA instead of marks, at, Degree/PG Degree Examination, the conversion of Grade/s, CGPA to percentage of marks  would be based on the formula/procedure certified by the University/ Institution from where the candidate has obtained the Bachelor’s/PG  Degree.  The candidate will have to bring the necessary proof to that effect from the University/ Institution. The Eligibility shall be decided based on the basis of the Equivalent marks. The Candidate will have to upload the conversion formula on line while filling the CAP application form.

The percentage of marks shall be calculated by rounding off to two places after decimal.

This round off will be applicable to the Percentage above the Minimum percentage of marks required for qualifying examination mentioned in 3.1 .2 and 3.1.3 above.

 

3.1.6 NRI/OCI/PIO/FNS/CIWGC Candidates : The Candidate belongings to Non Resident Indian, Person of Indian Origin, Overseas Citizen  of India  and Foreign National Students, Children of Indian Workers in the Gulf Countries with Minimum 55% Marks for all subjects faculties/Discipline and valid degree from Recognized Foreign University having the Equivalence certificate from the Association of Indian Universities, New Delhi and Eligibility Certificate from the University in which the candidate desires to take admission.

Indian, Person of Indian Origin, Overseas Citizen of India and Foreign National Students, Children of Indian Workers in the Gulf Countries are exempted from appearing from MAH B.Ed. CET 2024

Non Resident Indian, Person of Indian Origin, Overseas Citizen of India and Foreign National Students, Children of Indian Workers in the Gulf Countries They must apply only for CAP rounds.
